| Boys' friendly annual golf tournament ... closest to the pin hole ... no one has hit the green yet ... pick up my 8 iron ... hit it 10 feet pass the flag ... backspins right in the hole ... what a feeling. |

ABERCROMBIE GOLF CLUB located in New glasgow, NS, Canada
Hole: 12 | Length: 158 | Club Used: 6-Iron
Correction: Golf course supposed to be Glen Lovat. The input page defaulted to Abercrombie. The pin was set at the back of the green. I used a 6 iron into a light wind working the ball off a mound located at the right front.
We watched the ball run towards the pin and disappear.

Testimonials from Our Golf Clients

Hi Ross,
Thanks for organizing our golf trip to Kelowna this past April. Everything was right on schedule which played a great part in making this a fun trip. Enjoyed the Sunset Ranch course but found Kelowna Springs a bit basic. We will definitely use your services for another trip we are planning this fall and will select a few more challenging courses this time. Your firm is the only way to go... Great Job, Thanks again. We have booked thru BCgolfguide.com for 3+ years and I enjoy dealing with Ross. When i call he already knows who i am, as he remembers our past conversations and my voice. It is a pleasure to deal with his company. Always quick and efficient. Hi Danny... Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, I was traveling for business soon after our golf vacation to Tacoma & have just returned. As you likely know, we had 11 players in total with a late edition to our group the week of departure.
The hotel and the courses that you recommended where excellent. The hotel was in a great local, that allowed to us to walk to restaurants, night life, etc.. and for the night that we wanted to find a good steak house, the concierge called ahead and had the restaurant shuttle pick us up and drop us off afterwards. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Hotel Murano in the future. The complimentary breakfasts that were included in our package where the perfect way to start each day, even though the vouchers were for a set breakfast item, the host in the restaurant lets us substitute any other breakfast item of equal value. Which was perfect, because their breakfast menu had many great choices.
All three courses that you set us up at where great, Hawks Prairie and The Home Course where perfect tracks that allowed us all a couple rounds to warm up and really appreciate Chambers Bay. All courses welcomed us with open arms, accommodated our late edition of the 11th player without issue and ensured that we enjoyed our visit. The staff at Chambers Bay went out of their way to call and arrange 3 three times for us on the Tuesday morning at Washington National Course. What a perfect way to end the trip before we flew home Tuesday evening - this course was the greenest, lushest, most well manicured course that I had played in some time. And challenging to boot!
Considering the Tacoma area had not had rain for some 6 weeks prior, all courses were in great shape. When we arrived at Chambers Bay, one of our threesomes decided on having a single bag caddy each. While the other two foursomes opted for the 4 bag caddy option, the players carried their own clubs and the caddy walked the course with us and provided, distances, recommended shots and amazing green reads. I would recommend some form of caddy assistance to anyone that plays Chambers Bay, as it truly adds to the overall experience. The entire group was extremely grateful to have played this course, as they are in the midst of making course changes for the 2015 US Open. Our caddies where able to provide us with all the details, It will be a remarkably challenging course when June 2015 rolls around.
Thanks again to both yourself and Ross for helping us put an terrific golf trip weekend together, we'll be sure to touch base early summer of next year to gain your insight and recommendations for our 2013 trip.
Cheers Richard
